Process
What happens between synthesis and your bench
- Step 1
Synthesis
Solid-phase synthesis at a GMP-audited facility, then RP-HPLC purification to a 99% floor. Anything under is rejected, not discounted.
- Step 2
Fill and lyophilization
Freeze-dried and filled into nitrogen-flushed borosilicate vials. Each fill run receives exactly one lot number.
- Step 3
Independent testing
A sample from every lot goes to Janoshik Analytical for HPLC purity, mass-spec identity, endotoxin, heavy metals and water content.
- Step 4
Published before sale
The certificate goes into the public lot lookup before the lot is listed. If a lot isn't searchable here, we aren't selling it.
Cold chain
Vials ship with gel packs in insulated mailers. Orders confirmed by 2 pm CT leave the same business day.
Storage
Sealed vials at -20 °C. Refrigerate after reconstitution and use within 30 days. Compound-specific guidance is on every product page.
If a lot fails you
Send an accredited lab's report. If it falls below our published specification, we refund the order and reimburse your test.
