What gets tested
HPLC purity against a ≥ 99% specification, mass-spec identity, LAL endotoxin, ICP-MS heavy metals, Karl Fischer water content, and appearance.
Certificates don't disappear
A lot's certificate stays online after that lot sells out. We never take one down, including for lots we later pull.
A number that won't resolve
Check for O against 0 and the dash after RN. If it still fails, email a photo of the label to support@rensaresearch.com and we'll trace it. If it came from another supplier, we can tell you whether that lot format is one an independent lab would have issued — but we can only certify our own material.
