Research-use terms

You accept these terms when you create an account, when you add a product to a cart, and again when you place an order. They are the conditions under which Rensa Research LLC ("Rensa", "we") is willing to supply anything at all.

1. What these products are

Every compound sold through this site is a research chemical supplied for in-vitro laboratory research and development use only. Products are:

• not for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, inhalation, ingestion or topical application;
• not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices or food;
• not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals;
• not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition.

Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing here — including product summaries, research-area tags, certificates of analysis and the reconstitution calculator — is medical or veterinary advice, and none of it should be read as a suggestion that any compound is safe or effective in a living subject.

2. What we are not

Rensa is a chemical supplier. We are not a pharmacy, not a 503A compounding pharmacy, and not a 503B outsourcing facility as those terms are defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. We do not employ prescribers, do not accept prescriptions, and do not have a practitioner–patient relationship with any customer.

3. Who may buy

By ordering you represent, on each occasion, that:

• you are at least 21 years old;
• you are qualified by training or experience to handle research chemicals safely, or you are acting under the supervision of someone who is;
• you are acquiring the product solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research;
• you will not use, permit the use of, or supply the product for use in or on any human or animal;
• you accept sole responsibility for safe handling, storage, labelling and disposal in your jurisdiction;
• you will not resell, repackage or redistribute the product for human or animal consumption, or represent it as fit for such use.

Accounts and registration details are personal to you. Ordering on behalf of someone who could not make these representations themselves is a breach of these terms.

4. Prohibited conduct

We will close an account, cancel outstanding orders and decline future business — without refund of products already shipped — where we have reasonable grounds to believe a buyer is reselling for human consumption, marketing our products as therapeutic, providing dosing guidance to third parties using our materials, or otherwise misrepresenting what these compounds are. We are not obliged to explain our grounds beyond identifying the term breached.

5. Questions we will not answer

We do not answer questions about administration, dosing, cycles, stacking, timing, injection technique, or any protocol involving a living subject — not by email, not by phone, not in any other channel, and not "hypothetically". This is not evasiveness; answering would contradict the basis on which these products are lawfully supplied.

6. No warranty of fitness for use in living subjects

We warrant that each lot conforms to the specification on its published certificate of analysis, and our returns policy tells you what happens if it does not. We give no warranty, express or implied, that any product is safe, effective or fit for any use in a human or animal, because it is not supplied for any such use.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Rensa Research LLC, its officers, employees and suppliers harmless against any claim, loss, liability, penalty or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use, misuse, storage, disposal or onward supply of anything bought from us, or out of any breach of these terms. This survives the closure of your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of research data, experimental time or profits. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order, and material changes are announced to registered accounts by email. Continued ordering after a change is acceptance of it.
